JOEL A. UGBANAOWAJI

MD/CEO

Mr. Joel is a highly experienced and result-oriented expert with an outstanding 17 years’ experience in the Offshore and Onshore Catering Services and the Hospitality industry. He has worked on various multimillion Catering Projects for Major Clients and Held Several Senior Positions in His Professional Career. Bringing his wealth of experience coupled with his managerial prowess, he drives the affairs of MFT Limited and is responsible for the daily operations of the company.

JUDE CHIJIOKE JEWE

OPERATIONS MANAGER (OM)

Mr. Jude boasts of over 8 years of experience in Offshore and Onshore Catering. He joined MFT Limited as a CampBoss/Facility Supervisor on Projects and grew to the position of Operations Manager. He is also well experienced in personnel management and has worked on several offshore projects. He has participated in various professional trainings and has developed impeccable managerial skills in the Hospitality Sector.

OWUAMA BENEDICT

HEAD CHEF (HC)

Mr. Benedict is a versatile chef with prowess in preparation of local and continental delicacies. Ben has worked in the Offshore and Onshore Catering Services in the Oil and Gas Sectors for over 6 years. He is proficient in controlling, directing food preparation process and recipe creation. He is well rounded in his craft and transfers knowledge to his team mates.

Besides the above mentioned team, we have contract staff we hire for our operations to handle the following roles; Cooks/Bakers, Camp boss, Stewards (Kitchen Assistant/Lobby/Housekeepers and Laundry)

Safety Policy

Personal ownership for HSE through visible, demonstrated leadership and accountability at all levels throughout Malvin Finger Touch Limited. HSE principles shall be reflected in 100% of our behavior, 100% of the time.

Community Relations

MFT Limited values all her stakeholders especially host communities. After meeting with key stakeholders, we come up with an MoU capturing employment slots, local vendor opportunities and necessary CSRs. We ensure only competent and qualified personnels are engaged for every slot provided to the community and payment.

The host community is expected to provide a competent Community Liaison Officer who will interface between MFTL and the host community, protecting the interest of both involved parties.

MFTL is interested in promoting symbiotic relationship with all our host communities throughout the project duration.
